How To Order

1. Ordering with paypal.

To place an order using paypal you will need a paypal account then you can add items to your cart by simply clicking the add to cart button of the item you want to order.

2. Ordering by Cheque or Postal Order.

Please email your order to sales@vintagestarwarscollectables.co.uk for payment details and postage costs.

3. Postage & Packaging.

Sometimes the cart will over estimate the p&p prices as well as under estimate on multiple's of the same item, in either case after checkout you will receive a refund a.s.a.p for any overpayment . In the case of an underpayment then a seperate invoice will be processed to you. If you want exact p&p prices before ordering then please don't hesitate to email.

4. Overseas Customers.

All over seas customers please note that the paypal cart is only set for U.K shipping. The price shown will be incorrect for shipping to your country so please email before ordering for shipping quotes. In the case that you have already ordered and further shipping costs are required then an invoice will be proccessed to you.

5. Paypal problems using the Firefox Web Browser.

If you are using the Firefox Internet Browser you may experience problems trying to place an order as well as Buy It Now buttons not displaying. Please try using another Web Browser like, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, Chrome etc. Thank you.

Delivery

In the U.K and for Overseas customers Royal Mail is used for all shipping.

The majority of deliveries are made within a matter of days but please allow up to 14 working days.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged for safe transit to reach you in the same condition as they leave here.

And Finally.

Everything sold is on a first come first served basis.

Items can be reserved for a small deposit which will be credited against the final payment.
